The City will start its yearly paving work soon. Church Street, East Street, and parts of Main Street are scheduled for paving, and all work should be finished by August 28.
On May 31, the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) will begin repaving the eastbound side of Route 15, from Susie Wilson Road to West Street Extension, with a targeted finish date of June 5. This roadwork will be completed between 7 pm and 6 am.
City officials remind residents that construction schedules are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on site. Drivers should expect possible delays and watch for detours and changing road conditions throughout the summer.
