If you haven't already tried it, you should. The Board of Trustees and the Village Planning Commission have been holding hybrid meetings during the pandemic and the shift has attracted a larger audience and greater participation from the public. To date, both boards have been using Microsoft Teams as a videoconferencing platform. However, beginning January 11, you will notice the meetings for the Village Board of Trustees and the Village Planning Commission will now have a recurring link (the same link for every meeting) from Zoom. The producers from Town Meeting Television will continue to live stream and record the meetings for you. Zoom provides a more consistent platform for these broadcasts.
