Due to unforeseen circumstances, the contractor was unable to complete the milling and paving of South Summit Street today. As a result, South Summit Street will be closed to all traffic on Thursday, November 20, for milling and repaving as part of the Iroquois Avenue Waterline and Roadway Replacement Project. Detours will be in place to guide traffic during the closure.
The contractor has successfully completed the paving on Algonquin Avenue and Cherokee Avenue. Additionally, paving will continue on Iroquois Avenue on Thursday. Any remaining paving work that is not completed on Thursday will take place on Friday.
