The Village of Essex Junction Public Works Department would like to ask all residents to remove basketball hoops from the Village right-of-way. This will help to facilitate plowing. We would also like to remind all residents and guests of our winter parking ban. In accordance with the Village of Essex Junction Municipal Code, Chapter 8, Section 815: "No person shall park or leave an unattended vehicle of any type on any street, road or right-of-way in the Village of Essex Junction during the period December 1 through April 1 of the next year between the hours of 12 midnight and 7:00 a.m." In addition, parking on Village sidewalks is prohibited year-round.
