The first installment of the 2025-26 Property Tax is due September 15, 2025. Check or credit/debit card (3% fee) payments may be made at the City office, 2 Lincoln Street. A payment drop box is available for after-hours payments (checks only). Payments must be received by September 15, 2025, to avoid 8% penalty. Payments received after the due date are considered delinquent and will be charged an 8% penalty immediately. 1% interest will be charged on the 15th of each month thereafter.
