Pride Prep Party at Brownell Library

Essex Pride is June 1st, and attendees are invited to kick off the day by joining the walking/rolling parade. Gather at Brownell Library the evening before to get ready for the fun by making signs and/or mini-floats out of cardboard boxes (for the little ones). Poster board, markers, paints, cardboard, and snacks will be provided.  Bring your creativity and any extra supplies to add pizzazz to your creations. Open to people of all ages, young children should bring someone to help them with their creative efforts. Ready to join the parade? Meet at the entrance to Maple Street Park, the parade starts at 1pm!
