Why Essex? Be Intentionally Well
Interview with DonnaLee Paul, Owner of Be Intentionally Well
Be Intentionally Well is hidden in the Village in a nondescript Victorian building on Pearl Street, close to the Five Corners. I (along with thousands of other commuters) drive by the building daily but never really knew much about what happens inside.
As soon as I walked through the door to Be Intentionally Well earlier this month owner DonnaLee Paul's warm personality made me feel welcome, as did the comfortable setting. I was surprised to learn that DonnaLee is one of a small number of technicians in the nation who have training in Cellular Health Cold Laser Detox. The non-invasive method is used to treat a variety of chronic health conditions, including Lyme disease and co-infections. More than half of DonnaLee's patients drive two hours or more to see her, and she even has a handful of clients who fly in from across the country.
A recent review for Be Intentionally Well states, "Today I had my first ever Cold Water Detox! It was amazing! I was experiencing headaches, joint pain, muscle tightness and exhaustion. After it was complete all of those symptoms were GONE! I feel so amazing and relieved!"
DonnaLee said Cellular Health Cold Laser Detox not only restores health for the chronically ill but also maintains health and eliminates toxins that people are exposed to in their daily lives. Be Intentionally Well offers a yearly maintenance plan where clients can come a once a month at a discounted price.
In addition to the Cellular Health Cold Laser Detox, Be Intentionally Well also provides thermography (a radiation-free clinical imaging procedure), BrainReset therapy (a technique to re-balance brain waves and reduce stress and other conditions), and massage.
DonnaLee moved to Vermont from Virginia a few years ago to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She relocated her elderly parents from New York so that they could be closer to the extended family. Prior to coming to Vermont, she was practicing cold laser detox at an office in Virginia.
Be Intentionally Well is located at 8 Pearl St. If you would like to know more about DonnaLee or Be Intentionally Well, please call 662-1682 or visit the business's website: https://www.beintentionallywell.com/. Why Essex? "It is where my children and grandchildren are. Essex is close to an airport and the interstate, which is important for my clients who are traveling a long distance to come to their appointments." -Donna Lee
