UPDATE Boil Water Notice Is Lifted 1/5/2024

The boil water notice in a limited area of the South Creek Association on 35 Brickyard Road has been lifted. Sample results have confirmed that it is safe to use the water.

Due to a water main break at the South Creek Condos on 35 Brickyard Road, a Boil Water Notice has been issued for those households whose water has been shut off. This will impact customers who live in the South Creek Condos only.

Residents should not consume their water without boiling it first. The CDC recommends bringing water to a boil, letting it boil for one minute, and letting it cool before using or using bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice.

The South Creek Condo Association is working to repair the private water main and restore water to the area before the end of the day. Residents will need to boil their water until sampling confirms there has been no contamination. We will update our website and post to Facebook when you no longer need to boil water. Once water is restored, please flush your cold water until it clears.
