Want to try a new form of exercise? How about trying Seated Yoga? Led by dedicated member and volunteer, Sandi McGowan, this exercise class is open to all seniors every Wednesday from 10:30-11:00 a.m. Seated yoga is a gentle form of exercise, designed to increase flexibility and balance and help reduce stress.
