Roll & Flow - Dharma Yoga Wheel Workshop with Rachel Lacourciere
In this 90 minute class you’ll learn how to use a Dharma Yoga Wheel (DYW) in a flow sequence. The DYW is the world’s first yoga wheel designed to help stretch and release tension and muscular tightness in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, and hip flexors. We'll warm up by slowly opening the thoracic spine and shoulders, heat up with faster vinyasas, and include slower yin yoga postures to round out the class. There is a minimum of 5 participants for this class to run, so please preregister if you would like to be part of the fun! Participants should feel free to bring along their own wheel, borrow one, or purchase one at the class (cash or check made out to Niyama Yoga VT).
