The Trustees met with representatives from IBM regarding their Master Plan Design to develop and lease 60 acres of under utilized land, which includes a potential location for the Essex Police Facility, an aesthetic mixture of light manufacturing and professional office buildings. The Trustees deferred the approval of additional information from the FY 11 Audit, approved Lamoureux & Dickinson as Design Engineer for the Lincoln Street Sidewalk & Lighting Project and awarded the Utility Rate Study to Aldrich and Elliott. They approved and signed an amendment to the Ladder Truck MOU with the Town of Essex.
