Park Street Station is a planned mixed use and transit oriented project in Essex Junction.
The Project is approximately 5 acres in size and is situated on the easterly side of Park Street, at five corners, and in part encompasses the historic Lincoln Inn building. The site plan as drawn has a total building footprint of just over 103,000 square feet and about a dozen new buildings.

Construction for waterline and roadway improvements on South Summit Street from Pearl Street to Cherry Street began on Thursday, August 12 and will be completed by Oct. 5. South Summit Street will be closed from 7 AM to 6 PM through Sept. 1 and detours will be provided. After school starts, it will be open briefly for school traffic. If you have any questions, please call the Village office at 878-6944.

The Pearl Street Improvement Project, made possible with $2.2 million in federal funds (an earmark which Senator Leahy obtained), is expected to increase safety
and economic vitality by improving and beautifying the sidewalks, lighting and appearance of businesses on Pearl Street from the Champlain Valley Exposition to the traffic light at the western entrances of Post Office Square and the Essex Junction Shopping Center.
