The Chaplain Valley Exposition has completed construction of a new 45,000 square-foot facility for special events, trade shows, conventions and indoor soccer.  The $2.5 million building will be similar and adjacent to the Rober E. Miller Expo Centre built in 1999.  The new facility includes a 26,000 square-foot clear span building for special events and soccer.  A 14,000 square-foot connector to the Miller Expo Centre includes 12,000 square feet for offices, conference space, concessions, a prep kitchen and additional dressing and rest rooms.

Renovation and expansion of the existing Green Mountain Harley Davidson building to a total of 14,172 s.f.

Currently under construction.  Cascade Street Associates received approval for development of 52 units consisting of 25 duplexes and 2 single family lots on a parcel approximately 35 acres along the south side of lower Cascade St.

Currently under construction. South Street Associates received approval for development of 142 units (71 duplexes) on approximately 105 acres of land identified as Parcel Four of the Whitcomb Farm Property.

Currently under construction.  A major component of the project is the development of additional residential housing, a gymnasium, offices, classroom space and a student building for the New England Culinary Institute (NECI).  The additional NECI housing units will result in a total of 80 apartment untis (approximately 369 bedrooms)  on the property.  Other elements of the overall development include 24 one bedroom apartments, 66 apartments, and 70 condominium units.
